No more

My head is spinning on top of the world due to over-partying and lack of sleep. First, my cousin's wedding was held last weekend. I felt very happy for him, and for the first time I was able to help out with a lot of stuff, including some cooking preparation and baby-sitting.

I love my baby cousin so much. This baby boy is so adorable and he doesn't mind who carries him as long as you play with him. My heart melts each time he laughs :)

Oh, but he is really heavy for a one-year-old! My arms were aching so bad. Oh, so cute ^^
I miss him already, hehe!

The wedding dinner was great, although it was a little warm and stuffy (the restaurant was old, and the condition of the washrooms were terrible >_<). I am still wondering how people can damage the toilet doors in one hour. But it was a happy occasion, and I drank too much wine. Naturally, I went tipsy. I couldn't actually walk straight.

Yesterday, there was a gathering for old secondary schoolmates at my place. I managed to book the BBQ pit for this occasion. It was sort of a last-minute thing but it turned out well. Everyone came but some were, as usual, fashionably late. Then again, I did not enjoy the whole situation. My parents should not have been the ones doing the cooking. I had little help with the BBQ for instance. But that was fine, as expected, usually 2 or 3 people will be doing the cooking for everyone else. However, I was already pissed towards the end of the occasion. Even my parents were not too happy seeing the situation - some people who should have lended a hand did not do so at all. Not one person offered to help me clean the place up. I kept the dishes, I cleaned the bbq pit, I picked up rubbbish all over...

Despite getting to meet everyone, especially those that I have not seen for 3 years, it was exhausting for me. And I was not feeling too well - I had a slight fever and flu. Fortunately, I will only do this once in a long while. The hassle, and the work ... it is too much for me alone to handle.

What the heck. At least I had fun in my bead jewelry class today though I was not having a clear mind due to fatigue. I made these new necklaces, check it out:

I'm glad Kan Wah called me today. I met up with him and William this afternoon. He was craving for bubble tea drink so we went to 1u and scout for that. Eventually, we ended up buying the bubble tea drink from Jusco which was not up to our expectations :P Silly Ah Boon. Anyway, it was quite fun today although I was dead tired. We played pool too at OSC and for the first time kan wah lost to me ^^ Not bad, eh? These friends of mine are pro in pool, so it is a good thing for me if I can win one game.

I am someone who frets a lot - I call it a psychological disorder. I am constantly trying to escape my complex mind which, very often, drives me and my close companions to the edge of insanity. Born under the sun star Libra, I am greatly affected by a disease called "indecisiveness". Nicknames were never part of my dictionary until I met some people who decided to name me "turtle". Soon, I was representing a zoo of hamsters, "sotongs", pigs, cats, etc...
